Product Introduction
Triggers are basic digital memory devices that store individual logical states or "bits" of information. The inputs to the device are typically two or more, one or more for data transfer to be stored, and one to indicate the time node at which the data is stored. There are many types of triggers, common D (delay), SR (assert reset), and JK. Since the response to the input signal provided to it is different, the implementation of the logic function is also different. As an edge-sensitive device, it maintains a logic state change that changes only when a valid clock signal is received.
